Live Coaching That Feels Personal

The key to exceptional digital personal training is technology that disappears and leaves only the connection between trainer and client. Our online sessions are genuinely interactive, not pre-recorded content, not video calls where you are ignored, not a fitness app with generic instruction.

Real-time coaching

You are coached live by Aimee or a specialist from her team. They see you, correct your form in real time, adjust intensity based on how your body is responding, and deliver the same quality of instruction you would receive in person.

Fully interactive

This is not you watching a screen. Your trainer is present with you, answering questions, providing modifications, offering encouragement, and making micro-adjustments to your movement that make every repetition count.

Personalised programming

Your digital sessions follow a programme designed specifically for you - your body, your goals, your equipment, your space. Sessions evolve continuously as you progress, with the same intelligence and progression as our studio and home-based clients.

Flexible scheduling

Virtual sessions work around your life - early mornings, late evenings, weekends, whenever works best. And because there is no travel time for your trainer or you, booking and rescheduling is remarkably flexible.

Technical excellence

We use industry-leading video conferencing technology with minimal delay and exceptional video quality. You need nothing more than a stable internet connection, a camera (your laptop, tablet, or phone), and clear floor space.

  • 1-2-1 Virtual Sessions

One of the beautiful aspects of online coaching is its simplicity. You need surprisingly little:

    Space

A clear floor space of approximately 2m x 2m. A bedroom, living room, hotel room, or outdoor area all work perfectly. Nothing needs to be cleared, we simply need enough space for you to move safely.

    Stable internet connection

A decent WiFi connection is ideal. Mobile data works too, though WiFi is more reliable. We do not require high speeds - standard residential internet is sufficient.

  • Camera and audio

Your laptop, tablet, or smartphone works perfectly. Position it so your trainer can see your whole body - prop it on a chair, place it on a bookshelf, or use a simple phone stand. Audio quality matters less than video, as most cueing happens visually.

    Optional equipment

For many sessions, you need nothing. For others - strength training, resistance work, Pilates with props, you might want:

    • Resistance bands (inexpensive, portable, effective)
    • A yoga mat (useful for comfort, optional)
    • Dumbbells or water bottles (for added resistance)
    • A chair (for Pilates, barre, and modifications)

We discuss your available equipment during your consultation and design sessions around what you have. We will never ask you to purchase expensive equipment.

What Digital Sessions Include

Pre-session consultation

Before your first session, we discuss your goals, your space, your equipment, your internet setup, any physical considerations, and what you are hoping to achieve. We troubleshoot technical considerations so your first session is seamless.

Warm-up

A carefully sequenced warm-up that prepares your body for the work ahead. This is taught and corrected live, not a generic "do these stretches" moment.

Main training work

The heart of the session, whether that is strength training, Pilates, barre, or integrated movement coaching. Your trainer sees you, corrects your form continuously, adjusts intensity based on your response, and guides you through every repetition.

Cool-down and stretch

An extended cool-down that brings your heart rate down, stretches the muscles worked, and leaves you in a genuinely restored state. This phase is never rushed.

Programme notes

Following each session, you receive a brief summary of what was covered, how you responded, and what to focus on before your next session. This helps you consolidate your learning and prepares you for progression.

Ongoing communication

Between sessions, you can message your trainer with questions, movement concerns, or updates on how you are progressing. This dialogue builds the kind of relationship and understanding that is essential for lasting results.

Who Digital Sessions Are Ideal For

International clients

If you live outside the UK but want to work with Aimee, digital sessions make this entirely possible. Time zones can be managed - we have worked with clients across the US, Europe, Asia, and beyond.

Frequent travellers

One of our most popular client groups. Whether you are moving between cities, spending weeks away for work, or taking extended trips abroad, your training continues seamlessly. Your programmes adapt to hotel rooms, Airbnbs, or whatever space you have available.

Busy professionals with unpredictable schedules

Virtual sessions can be arranged at short notice - before work, late in the evening, weekends. There is no travel time, so booking becomes more flexible and more realistic around chaotic schedules.

Parents and caregivers

Training from home means you can fit sessions around childcare, eldercare, or household responsibilities. You can pause, adapt, or pivot quickly if circumstances change. It is the most realistic approach for clients with significant caregiving demands.

Those preferring privacy

Some clients simply prefer the intimacy and privacy of training from home. There is something deeply empowering about your trainer being present in your personal space, coaching you through your own environment.

Those managing illness, injury, or recovery

If you are in early rehabilitation, managing a chronic condition, or have mobility limitations, digital sessions allow you to receive expert guidance without the demands of travel or exposure. We work closely with your medical team and adapt everything to your current capability.Anyone wanting to maintain consistency across locationsWhether you have a primary home in London and a country residence, or you divide your time between multiple cities, digital sessions mean your training remains consistent and continuous regardless of geography.Clients wanting to supplement in-person trainingMany of our studio and home-based clients add one or two digital sessions weekly for additional programming, convenience, or when they cannot make in-person appointments. This hybrid approach is incredibly effective.

Why Digital Sessions With Aimee Stand Apart

Digital coaching can feel disconnected, impersonal, or generic if it is not done well. Aimee's approach to online coaching is fundamentally different.

She is fully present

Aimee is not multitasking. She is focused entirely on you, your movement, your body, and your progress. You can feel that presence through the screen.

Technical expertise translates perfectly

The anatomical precision that distinguishes her in-person coaching is exactly what you receive online. She sees movement details through the camera, corrects form with the same specificity, and coaches with the same depth of understanding.

Personalisation remains complete

Your programme is designed entirely for you - your body, your goals, your space, your equipment. There is no template, no assumption that because you are online you need less personalisation. You receive exactly what an in-person client receives.

The relationship is real

Working with Aimee online, you experience the warmth, investment, and genuine care that defines her approach. The screen does not diminish this, many clients find that online coaching creates a particular kind of focus and intimacy.

Flexibility without compromising quality

While digital sessions offer genuine scheduling flexibility, Aimee refuses to compromise on quality or attention. Every session is full-length, fully coached, and fully yours.

"Training online with Aimee is not a compromise. It is different from in-person, yes,but not lesser. In fact, many of my international clients say they feel more seen online because there are fewer distractions. The technology disappears, and it is just coaching."

Your First Online Session, Step by Step

30 minutes before

We send you the video link and any instructions you need (camera positioning, what to wear, basic warm-up if needed). You test your internet, position your camera, and do a quick tech check.

Technical check-in

We connect five minutes early so you can see me and I can see you clearly. We adjust camera angle, brightness, audio if needed. This takes two minutes and ensures your session is seamless.

Movement assessment

We begin with a brief movement assessment, you move through a few simple patterns so I can see your baseline posture, alignment, coordination, and current capability. This informs how we approach the session.

First training work

We move into the actual training - designed to be challenging enough to feel genuine, safe enough to feel entirely controlled, and revealing enough that we both understand your capabilities.

Cool-down and check-in

We finish with a proper cool-down, stretch, and a brief conversation about how the session felt, what you noticed, and what we are going to focus on next.

What happens after

You receive a written summary of your session and your programme outline. You can ask questions, and we discuss optimal frequency and scheduling going forward.

FAQS

Q: Can I use my phone as my camera?

Yes, absolutely. Phones work perfectly. Position it at chest height on a stable surface, angled so your trainer can see your whole body from head to toes. Tablet or laptop works even better for a larger screen, but phone is entirely adequate.

Q: What if I do not have any fitness equipment at home?

Most of our online clients need no equipment. Bodyweight training is incredibly effective, particularly for Pilates, barre, and functional strength. If you want to add resistance, resistance bands are inexpensive and portable. We always design sessions around what you have available.

Q: Can I do digital sessions if I live internationally?

Absolutely. We have worked with clients across Europe, the US, Asia, Australia, and beyond. Time zones can be managed - if standard UK hours do not work, we can arrange early mornings or evenings that suit your location. Travel time is irrelevant for online sessions, so flexibility is genuine.

Q: Do I need a subscription or special app?

No subscriptions or special apps required. We use industry-standard video conferencing (Zoom or similar) that you likely already have or can download in seconds. You simply receive a link via email, click it at session time, and we are connected. It is that simple.

Q: How is the quality different from watching fitness videos on YouTube?

Completely different. YouTube videos are pre-recorded and generic - the same video for everyone, no personalisation, no correction, no real coaching. Our digital sessions are live, interactive, and tailored entirely to you. Your trainer sees you, corrects you, and coaches you in real time. It is actually the same quality as in-person, just delivered online.

Q: Can digital sessions include barre, Pilates, strength, or just cardio?

Any style of training can be delivered online. Barre, Pilates, strength training, mobility work, HIIT, integrated movement coaching - all are equally effective online when coached properly. We simply adapt the specific exercises based on your available space and equipment.

Q: Can I do digital sessions while travelling?

Absolutely. As long as you have a stable internet connection and a space to move, you can train from anywhere — hotel rooms, Airbnbs, offices, or anywhere else. Many of our most frequent digital clients are those who travel extensively for work.
