1-2-1 Mat & Reformer Pilates
Precision-led. Transformative. Built around you.
Whether you're new to Pilates or deepening an existing practice, our bespoke mat and reformer sessions deliver extraordinary results - sculpting posture, building intelligent strength, and creating the kind of body confidence that lasts. Led by Celebrity Trainer Aimee Victoria Long and our specialist team, every session is tailored to your body, your goals, and your life.
Where Pilates Meets Precision
Pilates is far more than stretching. At its core, it is an intelligent system of controlled movement that retrains the body from the inside out - building deep core strength, correcting postural imbalances, and enhancing the quality of every movement you make, in and out of the studio. Our approach elevates this further. Drawing on Aimee's background across classical Pilates, barre, and athletic strength training, every session integrates breathwork, alignment cueing, and progressive challenge in equal measure. You will feel the difference from your very first session and see it within weeks.
This is not a group class.
This is your practice, designed entirely for your body.

Mat Pilates
The foundation of all movement intelligence. Mat Pilates requires nothing but your body, yet demands everything from it. Without the support of equipment, every exercise engages your deepest stabilising muscles, developing the kind of functional core strength that transforms posture, protects against injury, and enhances every other form of exercise you do. Our mat sessions are far from basic. Aimee's fusion approach layers classical Pilates sequences with barre-inspired movements and precise anatomical cueing, creating sessions that are equally effective for complete beginners and advanced movers.
What to expect:
- Full-body muscle activation with emphasis on deep core and postural chain
- Breathing techniques that enhance both performance and recovery
- Progressive sequences adapted to your current strength and flexibility
- Complements strength training, running, and all other forms of exercise
Who it's for:
Beginners establishing their foundations. Athletes looking to address movement imbalances. Anyone rebuilding post-injury or post-pregnancy. Those who want an intelligent, equipment-free option at home or when travelling.
Reformer Pilates
The reformer transforms Pilates into one of the most effective and versatile training tools available. Spring-loaded resistance combined with a moving carriage creates an environment where your muscles work in lengthening and shortening - building long, functional strength that you genuinely see and feel.
Aimee's reformer sessions draw on both classical and contemporary programming, layering challenge progressively and intelligently so that you are always working at the precise edge of your capability - never beyond it, never beneath it.
What to expect:
- Resistance-based full-body training across all major muscle groups
- Exceptional focus on hip stability, shoulder mobility, and spinal articulation
- An immediately deeper level of engagement compared to mat work alone
- Visible changes to posture, muscle tone, and overall body shape
- Sessions suitable from complete beginner to advanced
Who it's for:
Anyone seeking visible change in body composition and posture. Those recovering from injury under physiotherapist guidance. Clients wanting to complement their strength or cardio training with intelligent movement work. Reformer enthusiasts who want expert, one-to-one progression rather than a class environment.

FAQS
Q: Where are you based, and which areas of London do you cover?
Our private studio is located in West London. We offer home visits throughout London with a primary focus on Central and West London - including Chelsea, Kensington, Notting Hill, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Holland Park, and Fulham and regularly travel to the Cotswolds for residential clients. Virtual sessions are available to clients anywhere in the world.
Q: Do I need any Pilates experience to start?
Not at all. We welcome complete beginners and adapt every session entirely to your current level. Many of our most loyal clients came to us with no Pilates background whatsoever. Your first session will include a full movement and postural assessment so we understand your body before we begin.
Q: What is the difference between mat Pilates and reformer Pilates?
Mat Pilates uses your bodyweight as the primary source of resistance, developing deep core stability and body awareness without equipment. Reformer Pilates uses a spring-resistance machine that allows for a wider range of exercises and a greater variety of resistance levels, making it particularly effective for rehabilitation, progressive strengthening, and visible body composition changes. Many of our clients choose to combine both.
Q: How often should I do Pilates to see results?
For visible postural and strength improvements, we typically recommend two to three sessions per week, particularly in the early months of your practice. That said, one excellent, well-coached weekly session consistently outperforms sporadic intensive bursts. We design your programme based on your schedule, your goals, and how Pilates integrates with any other training you do.
Q: Do you offer online Pilates sessions?
Yes. Our virtual sessions are fully personalised, live one-to-one coaching, not pre-recorded content. You receive exactly the same quality of instruction, correction, and programming as an in-person session. These are popular with clients who travel frequently, those based internationally, and anyone who prefers the convenience and privacy of training from home.
Q: Is Pilates suitable after having a baby?
Yes, and it is one of the most recommended forms of movement post-natal, both for core rehabilitation and general recovery. We work in close consultation with your GP or physiotherapist and adapt sessions to your stage of recovery, your body's specific needs, and whether you have any considerations such as diastasis recti. We take a cautious, medically-informed approach and progress only when your body is ready.
Q: Do you offer Pilates for people with injuries or chronic pain?
We work regularly with clients managing injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery, always in close collaboration with their physiotherapist or medical team. Pilates, when taught with precision and appropriate modification, is one of the most powerful tools available for rehabilitation and pain management. Please mention any medical history or current conditions when you get in touch so we can advise on the most appropriate approach.
